We look forward to welcome you in our residences in the best conditions of safety and comfort.The cleanliness of our accommodation has always been our priority. In this context we are doing our best to protect your safety and ours.
Our Health Charter: the strengthening of our standards of hygiene and health security in our accommodation, based on the recommendations issued by the Centers for disease control and prevention to guarantee you a safe stay.
Through this health charter, we commit to our customers and employees to:
- Integrate government and health authority recommendations to adapt our protocols to combat the spread of Covid-19,
- Disinfect frequently touched surfaces with suitable products: switches, door handles, furniture handles, keys, railings, window handles, etc.,
- Wearing a mask is an obligation while cleaning the accommodation,
- Respect barrier gestures,
- Train staff in health and safety procedures,
- Ventilate the accommodation to allow fresh air to circulate before, during and after cleaning,
- Ensure the maintenance of bathroom linen and sheets according to the recommendations of the health authorities,
- Post information and preventive measures in accommodation.
These measures apply within the framework of all next arrivals and during the time which will be deemed necessary by the public authorities, taking into account the evolution of the situation.
